Who are Foxhill Property Finance?
We’re a small and specialist Property Finance Mortgage Broker. Small enough to be able to really get to understand every one of our clients. Specialist in finance for investors & developers, allowing us to be real experts in our field.

Foxhill Property Finance was started by our founder David Irvine – with over 20 years lending experience as a former Commercial Bank Manager and Property Finance Originator, both in High Street Banks and Specialist Finance Houses. David is also a portfolio property investor, having completed many projects from standard buy to let to refurbishment, holiday letting, mixed use asset management and planning / development. Foxhill Property Finance was named after where our journey first began – one of our very first property projects nearly twenty years ago on Foxhill Road, Reading.
